A photography session with Brooke Coder is an experience in itself. It's an adventure in the places that mean the most to you. It's quality time, an opportunity to be with the ones you love. It's great fun too, and the memories won't fade away.
Your shoot could take up to three hours, and will usually be based at a location near where you live - somewhere that's important to you. It might be a park, a landmark, or somewhere less conventional - the choice is yours. We are willing to travel. Pictures are so much more meaningful if they're taken in a location that's important to you, rather than in an unfamiliar studio. This connection, this poignancy, is at the heart of Wild Orchid photography.
So what actually happens on a photography shoot? That's up to you. Brooke will give you the space you need to play with the kids, throw leaves at each other, jump in puddles... all those things you don't normally get around to, but which bring a smile to your face. It's not about grinning for the camera; it's just about being together and being natural. Brooke's unobtrusive photography will capture you just as you are in a series of candid, thoughtful pictures that turn moments of happiness and togetherness into beautiful art.
Lifestyle photography takes you away from the photographic studio into your own home and out of doors to a place important to you. The benefit is that you and family are more relaxed and able to enjoy the whole experience. You will be amazed by the natural photographs of your family that result. The idea is to have a fun time.
We offer a wide variety of frames and albums, which enables you to display our work to the best effect in your home. Quality is very important to us; we use the latest technology and techniques to ensure you a beautiful set of images, and this is reflected in our prices.
Brooke will take lots of beautiful pictures during your shoot, of which you will select your favorites. Whether you want black and white or color, you will have a wonderful selection to choose from. Picking your pictures can take some time; most people love all the shots and find it very hard to pick their favorites! So we usually arrange the viewing process a week later and allow you to take all the time you need.
Brooke has a sensitivity and flair for interacting with people, capturing emotion, expressions and the true personality of each individual; you will have a great experience and we will create fabulous, distinctive images for you to treasure.
We serve the Northern area of Colorado, towns including but not limited to Ft Collins, Loveland, Longmont, Erie, and Boulder. We travel within a 30 mile radius of Longmont, if you need something that is father away, there will be a fee that we agree upon before the shoot.
