I received my first “professional” camera as a present from my wonderful friend Danette.  I guess you can say she gave me the tools to become the photographer that I am today.  Since early childhood special memories captured through photography have always been dear to me.  I hold on to those and will cherish them forever.  With some hands on practice, some time and some patience I have the skills to capture in time the memories of your family as well.

 I have been married to my wonderful husband Chris for 13 years.  I am a busy mom of three (100% pure) boys. My oldest Mikeal is 13, Austin my middle son is 10 and Brandon is my baby, he is 8, so he’s not such a baby any more.  Our family moved to Longmont, Colorado 5 years ago. That’s when my love of photographing families and children  really began.  

   My family and friends would describe me as a closet perfectionist with high expectations.  Organization and a sharp eye for detail are high on my list of priorities.  Armed with these qualities and my camera I have decided to  share my gift of portraiture.

     I absolutely love candid photography! Capturing the spirit of life in an instantaneous click of the camera, freezing all the memories and emotions wrapped up in that one single moment in time forever.  Whether it is a special event in life like a brand new baby or a day at the ball park, an everyday moment of sheer joy while a child is playing in the park, or the romantic love of future newlyweds, capturing the true expressions and genuine real emotions has always been my aspiration. It is so rewarding to me knowing that this events can be displayed forever in the homes of the people who hold them dear; that is what my photography is all about.
